Shipping & Return Policy
All in-stock merchandise is shipped within one week of receiving your order.
Please add 2 to 3 business days to shipping times for orders with embroidery, engraving, or heat press.
Pro Prints will make every effort to prepare your package for timely delivery by
UPS. In the event your shipment is delayed by adverse weather, we apologize and
thank you for your patience. Pro Prints is not responsible for any disruptions
within the UPS transportation network.
Certain items (oversize or heavy) require additional shipping charges as shown on item description.
Backordered items will be shipped separately as soon as they become available.
For orders with upgraded shipping options, backordered items will be shipped via
Standard Shipping (UPS).
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item
for an exchange or refund of the product purchase price. Items that have not
been used, laundered, or worn may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from
date of purchase. Items must be accompanied with sales receipt, and please
indicate on the receipt whether a return or exchange is desired. Delivery
charges are non-refundable. No COD are accepted. Returns may be made at our
retail location or by mail at: Pro Prints – Return/Exchange 1424 W. 35th
St, Marion, IN 46953.
